Construction Health and Safety Site Trainee Inspector - Keston, KENT
Merebrook Consulting Limited (part of the Idom Group of Companies) has the opportunity for a new trainee/graduate within our Health and Safety department.

The position available is for a Construction Health and Safety Site Trainee Inspector to join our team in Keston, Kent.
The role will include training to become a Construction Health and Safety Inspector working closely with our current team. This will involve shadowing the current inspectors on Health and Safety audits and inspections on a variety of Client's construction sites within the UK - working predominantly within the South East of England.
A structured training package will be offered to the successful candidate. This will highlight the training progression for the Trainee through a three year training plan. The candidate must have a commitment to learn and complete Continued Professional Development.
The position is for a trainee/graduate and the appropriate training will be provided, however, the potential applicants must have a level of academic qualifications preferable to a HNC/HND/degree standard - or A-levels as a minimum qualification.
Experience of working on UK construction sites or a basic knowledge of construction health and safety would be beneficial.
The candidate should hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Asbestos Surveyor - Keston, KENT
Merebrook Consulting Limited (part of the Idom Group of Companies) has the opportunity for a new Asbestos Surveyor to join our Health and Safety department.

The position available is for a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to join our team in Keston, Kent.
The role will lead to additional training within other areas of Health and Safety. The candidate must have a commitment to learn and complete Continued Professional Development.
The candidate must hold the BOHS P402 certificate and must have at 3 years experience working as a lead surveyor within a UKAS Accredited surveying company. It is essential that the candidate has experience of Demolition Surveys.
As an Asbestos Surveyor, the role will entail carrying out both Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings - commercial, residential and industrial properties within the South East of England - but also throughout the UK with some overnight stays. The Surveyor will also need experience in report writing including recommendations and writing management plans.
The candidate should hold a full clean UK driving licence.
